Three Types Rocks


1. Igneous rock

Plutonic rocks

Deep in the crust, the magma of plutonic rocks slowly cooled under great overburden pressure. Its characteristics: compact structure, large capacity, high compressive strength, low water absorption, good frost resistance, good wear resistance and durability.

Eruption rock

After the molten magma of the ejected rock is ejected from the surface, the rock is formed under the condition of decreasing pressure and rapidly cooling.

Lava

Volcanic rocks are also called pyroclastic rocks. When volcanic rocks erupt, magma is ejected into the air and then rapidly cooled down to form clastic rock, such as volcanic ash and pumice.

2. Sedimentary rock

Sedimentary rocks are also called hydrogenic rocks. Sedimentary rocks are rocks formed not too deep from the surface by the action of wind-blown migration, flow-water flushing and sedimentation and reconstruction after the blooming of the original parent rocks.

Sedimentary rocks of mechanic rocks

After the weathering, the rock chips are formed after being relocated, deposited and consolidated under the action of running water, wind and glacier.

Chemical sedimentary rocks

A solution is formed by weathering and dissolution of rock. Colloid is precipitated by moving and precipitating.

Biosedimentary rocks

Deposited from sea water or fresh water debris. There are about limestone, diatomite and so on.

Sedimentary rocks account for only 5% of the total crustal mass, but they are widely distributed on the earth, accounting for about 75% of the surface area of the crust. Hidden in the surface is not very deep, so it is easy to be mined.

3. Metamorphic rock

Metamorphic rocks are primary igneous rocks or sedimentary rocks, which are formed by changes of high temperature and high pressure in the crust. After metamorphism, sedimentary rocks become better in performance and compact in structure, while igneous rocks become worse in nature after metamorphism.
