Gravity and magnetic separation has the advantages of high efficiency, energy saving, environmental protection, low investment, low operation cost, it is currently the most economical and effective processing method for tungsten-wolfram-tantalum-niobium ore separation. Original and alluvial ore are two different type of tungsten-wolfram ore. In the processing line, original ore should be crushed, ground then makes tungsten-wolfram monomer separation. Alluvial tungsten-wolfram ore is already in monomer separation by nature weathering, but it mixes with clay, mud and gravel, for this type of ore separation, firstly remove gravel by screening method, then remove clay and mud by classifying method, no need crushing and grinding. Both original and alluvial type tungsten-wolfram ore separation, the subsequent equipment is the same. Using gravity equipment like jig machine, spiral chute, shaking table separate and get heavy mineral, and then using magnetic equipment like dry/wet type magnetic machine separate tungsten-wolfram totally by the physical property difference in both minerals.
